- Server logs, including IP addresses and access times, may be retained for up to 24 months for security and troubleshooting.

Extended Retention Reasons
- A legal obligation requires retention.
- The information is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- You explicitly request retention.
- Residual data exists in backup systems scheduled for routine deletion.
Deletion and Anonymisation
- Deletion: Personal Data is removed from active systems and is no longer actively processed.
- Backup retention: encrypted backup copies may remain temporarily for disaster recovery, security or legal compliance.
- Anonymisation: Personal Data may be converted into statistical information that can no longer be linked to You and may be retained indefinitely.
